Factoid
As I start to take a closer look at the Seattle Seahawks, I notice that six wide receivers have been MVPs of Super Bowl games.
Of those six MVPs, half have never had a 1,000-yard season -- Lynn Swann, Santonio Holmes and Deion Branch (who's a Seahawk now).
Playing in a different era, Fred Biletnikoff eeked out just one 1,000-yard season -- 1,037 in 1968.
No 1,000-yard issues with the other two -- 14 for Jerry Rice and 5 for Hines Ward.
