The Show-Me-A-Rushing-TD state

I notice that the only two teams that have not scored a rushing touchdown so far are both based in the state of Missouri. Kansas City has scored 10 offensive touchdowns. All 10 have come on pass plays. St. Louis has scored 5 offensive touchdowns. All 5 have come on passes.
