Packers, Vikings have benefited from easy schedules

Posted Dec. 21 at 01:05 PM

Below is the revised strength-of-schedule information. Each team has only two games left, so this time I’m showing only the strength of schedule that each team has played so far.

According to these numbers, the Packers, Vikings and Seahawks have played the easiest schedules. (Yes, the Seahawks, they’ve managed to go only 5-9 despite playing the 3rd-easiest schedule in the league).

At the other end of the spectrum, the Dolphins, Titans and Broncos have played the hardest schedules.

STRENGTH OF SCHEDULE – SO FAR (weeks 1-15)
Based on the combined win-loss record of opponents so far, in their games against other teams. (With the Packers, for example, their opponents are a combined 81-115 – 5-9 against Green Bay, and 76-106 against the rest of the league.)
