ASK THE EXPERTS appears weekly with answers to a new question being posted Thursday morning. How the guest experts responded when we asked them:
Which young running back who's had a big game over the latter part of the year will have the most fantasy value next season?
LOUIS TRANQUILLI
Chris "Beanie" Wells of the Cardinals has already begun to move into a featured roll. Tim Hightower is still a good player, but better as a backup/change of pace/replacement if Wells goes down. The Cardinals weak link is their offensive line, with just a little tweaking and teaching from Russ Grimm; Wells will benefit in 2010.
Tranquilli is the founder and the primary "brains" (if you stretch it) of BFDFANTASYfootball.com. BFD is about delivering the information players want, not fluff, just opinions that matter to fantasy football players. Lou has worked with NFL players and gives a unique perspective because of it. We'll be giving MORE teams away in 2009 to BFD subscribers!

Clearly RB Jamaal Charles has a bright future in Kansas City, at least if HC Todd Haley keeps his job. Just this week, Haley said the following... "Jamaal again showed he's pushing to try to be one of the top guys in the league at that position," Haley said of Charles' big game in week #15. "He's continued to impress me. Those are things we have to grab on to..." Don't be shocked if Charles is the second coming of Priest Holmes for the Chiefs in 2010.

JEFFREY KAMYS
Jamaal Charles looks like he will have the most value next year. It's doubtful that the Chiefs, who have so many holes to fill to rebuild their team would spend draft picks on RB's in their draft especially when you consider the numbers that Charles has posted over the second half of this year. Look for Charles to head to training camp next year as the Chiefs starter.

LeSean McCoy. I do not see Brian Westbrook as an Eagle next year. He has had two concussions this year in a relatively short time span and is concerned about them and his playing career. In the mean time, PHI has a great crop of young players in D. Jackson, J Maclin and McCoy. The Eagles are 7-1 so far without Westbrook and seem to run more often.
Sam Hendricks is the author of Fantasy Football Guidebook, Fantasy Football Tips and Fantasy Football Almanac 2009, all available at his website, www.ffguidebook.com, at all major bookstores, and at www.amazon.com. While the proposed scenario is extremely open-ended, I'll take my best stab at it. Given the nature of unpredictability in the football world, especially the fantasy side of it - entering an uncapped year, no less - I'm going to toss out LenDale White's name. I think he'll be a starter in another city in 2010, and we've already seen flashes of his talent. White does better with 20-plus touches and needs to be in a feature role to reach his potential. I see a lot of upside in Jamaal Charles, Jerome Harrison and Justin Forsett, but I question if any of the backs are capable of holding up to the rigors of a 16-game schedule. My honorable mentions include: Ahmad Bradshaw, who also draws concerns of durability, and Michael Bush.

SCOTT ENDSLEY
It's too soon to tell - and believing otherwise could be a costly mistake on your 2010 fantasy roster. This happens every season - a few no names have big games against bad defenses who have given up or teams ravaged by injury and all of the sudden their stock gets way too high going into next season. That being said - we will absolutely be watching these guys this summer and into camp for next season.

ANDY RICHARDSON
I'm certainly kicking myself for not picking up Charles in time in a keeper league; I left him out there until his breakout game. He looks pretty good to me. I'll also mention LeSean McCoy, who hasn't had a breakout campaign or anything, but I could see him starting in Philadelphia next year and being a poor man's Brian Westbrook.

His responsibilities include team defense and IDP projections, as well as various site features. He has run the magazine's annual draft and auction leagues since their inception.
