Fantasy Index Scheduletron -- strength-of-schedule analysis
Schedules have helped Packers, Cardinals, Vikings, Saints

Below is the updated strength-of-schedule information for each team. It gives an indication of which teams have been affected the most by strength of schedule.
According to these figures, the Packers, Cardinals, Saints and Vikings (four NFC playoff teams) have benefited the most from easy schedules. Seattle, Washington and Buffalo, meanwhile get the lost opportunity award – all of those teams have fewer than six wins, even though they’ve played easy schedules.
At the other end of the spectrum, the Titans, Broncos and Dolphins appear to have been hurt the most by playing hard schedules.
The below figures are based on the total wins and losses of opponents in other games. In the case of the Packers, for example, their opponents are actually even worse – only 95-130 against all teams, but 90-120 when the Packers games are disregarded. That’s the fairer measure, in our eyes, otherwise, teams with losing records tend to appear to play harder schedules, while the playoff-type teams appear to have benefited from easy schedules. (The Rams, for example, would get the benefit for their opponents being a combined 14-1 against them, while the Saints would appear to have an easier schedule since they handed their opponents a 2-13 mark).
