Andre a giant in receiving production

Posted Feb. 25 at 04:55 AM

When comparing players, I like to adjust the numbers to account for games missed. It gives more of an apples-to-apples comparision – let’s you know what the guys have done on a per-start basis.

Below are the per-start numbers for receiving yards over the last two years. Andre Johnson, Wes Welker, Steve Smith and Brandon Marshall have averaged the most yards during that span. The least productive have been the two Claytons – Michael and Mark – and two formere first rounders now no longer with their original teams (Bryant Johnson, Roy Williams).
