Congratulations to Carl Weatherford of Coachbox.com, champion of the Fantasy Index mock draft best-ball league.

Fantasy Football Index 2007 included a mock draft conducted by publishers of fantasy sports analysis products. The teams they assembled then competed during the season in a hands-off, best-ball format. Waiver moves were not allowed, and starting lineups weren't necessary. We simply took each team's highest-scoring players that week, and used them as the teams starters. Teams played 11 games every week (one game against every other team in the league).
At the season's end, Weatherford had the best overall record (126-49-1) and the highest points total (2027.1. His best players were Tom Brady (436.2 points), Joseph Addai (232.1), Reggie Wayne (202.7), Edgerrin James (165.2) and Greg Jennings (164.0).
