Miles Austin's big year

Posted Jul. 02 at 02:29 PM

Miles Austin was good last year. Even better than I realized.

Look at the numbers from the last 10 years. After they’re adjusted to per-game figures (Austin didn’t start the first month of the season), his season comes in as the 4th-best of the decade.

That’s using the fantasy scoring system of 6 points for touchdowns and 1 point for every 10 yards.

I know the magazine is coming out soon, but how confident do you feel in a repeat performance by Austin? I had a choice between Austin and Roddy White and chose White because I thought there was less risk. Is the risk of Austin worth the upside?
