Strength of schedule for defenses

Posted Jun. 11 at 04:01 AM

Below are the strength-of-schedule numbers that the reader asked about in the Mailbag. He wanted to know what defenses would play the hardest schedules, given our projections for each offense.

In each case, we’ve got the defenses ranked best to worst, in terms of strength of schedule. (If all defenses were equal, for example, we would expect Pittsburgh to rank No. 1 against the pass, given its schedule).

Both charts are built from a combination of yards and touchdowns.
