Marty Mornhinweg is talking up Michael Vick. "I think he's back," says the Eagles offensive coordinator.

"In our mini camps, you could see that great, great athleticism," Mornhinweg said. "I would expect great things from Michael Vick this year."
I'm not buying. I think the Eagles are firmly committed to Kevin Kolb, and I don't see Vick ever re-emerging as a good starting quarterback.

Maybe the Eagles are talking him up in hopes they can trade him for a low draft pick.

He probably means back with the team, as opposed to being suspended.
