Fantasy Index Scheduletron -- strength-of-schedule analysis
I’m not a huge fan of strength of schedule. I tend to prefer to simply choose the players I like, rather than lesser players with more favorable schedules.
Nevertheless, some guys really like the schedule stuff. They like to focus on players with good matchups in weeks 14 or 15. Or they like to choose those with easier schedules at the start of the year.
Below are the strength of schedule numbers for the first eight weeks – roughly the first half of the fantasy schedule. Most teams play seven games in this span; a few are up at eight games.
The Chargers and Rams project to play the easiest schedules at the start of the year. The Dolphins, Patriots and Falcons project to play the hardest.
