Michael Vick’s monster game on Monday night weighs in as arguably the best ever by a quarterback in the modern era – 333 passing yards, 80 rushing yards and a combined 6 TDs. It also comes in at No. 3 at any position since the merger in 1970.
The top 20 games appear below. For this chart, fantasy points are based on 6 points for TDs, 4 for TD passes, 1 for every 10 run/rec yards, and 1 for every 20 passing yards. Scoring systems vary from league to league, but Vick’s performance certainly ranks as an all-timer.
