It looks like Reggie Bush will be gone from New Orleans. Jason Cole of Yahoo! has released an article in which three of his sources say the Saints gave Bush permission to talk to other teams in February.
Apparently, they had a good feeling he wouldn't be back even before they selected Mark Ingram in the draft in April. Bush has a salary of $11.8 million for this year, and clearly the Saints won't be interest in him at that price.
The Saints should be fine at running back. They've got Ingram, and they've got Pierre Thomas. Thomas is a good pass catcher. They also can work in Chris Ivory.
There is no clear frontrunner for Bush. The article suggest the Steelers, Giants, Seahawks and Dolphins might be interested.

Seems like the Dolphins would be the best bet. The other three teams already have Bush-like RB's on their roster.

Bush could replace Sproles in SD. Media are talking about getting Bush in Phila.

An even better source...Reggie Bush...states that the report is absolutely false. Sean Payton has made it perfectly clear that try want to keep Bush. He plays a different role than any of the other RBs. If anything Pierre Thomas and Chris Ivory might be traded. Sure...Bush will have to restructure, but both sides understand that.

On NFL.com 6 guys rate the top 4 RBs. AP, CJ, MJD, and Foster. 5 of them rank Foster 4th. The sixth ranks him 2nd. I don't think he is getting enough love.

Anybody professional who says MJD should go before Foster needs another job.

Depends...MJD is a posterboy for consistancy and durability at the position. Though Foster a higher upside on the Texans, he also was injured quite a but in college and has one good year under his belt. Don't get me wrong...I would I take Foster...but MJD is a top 5 pick year in year out.
