Factoid
If the Bills can sort out some of their offensive problems (and granted, that's a huge if), Lee Evans is going to outperform where he is selected in fantasy drafts. He's a big-time receiver; he just needs to be a situation where they can make better use of his talents - better quarterbacking, and better pass protection.
Certainly, he's got about as much big-play ability as any wide receiver in the league. In 2006, he scored touchdowns from 77, 83 and 83 yards. Last year, despite playing on the offense that finished last in touchdowns, he managed to score touchdowns from 70 and 85 yards.
MOST TD CATCHES OF 70-PLUS YARDS, 2006-2007:
5 Lee Evans (Buff.)
3 Greg Jennings (G.B.)
2 Andre Johnson (Hou.)
2 Steve Smith (Car.)
2 Chad Johnson (Cin.)
2 Hank Baskett (Phil.)
That count was done manually, so apologies if I missed somebody. I don't think I did.
Evans, of course, badly underperformed last season (as we know as well as anyone, after ranking him among our top 10 receivers and dealing with dozens of e-mails). So some probably have permanently blacklisted him. As perhaps more of a middle-round pick this year, however, he should be a solid roster addition.

How about Kevin Curtis? Didn't he score at least two long touchdowns in 2007? I think that he scored two in one game, and he may have scored more over the past two seasons.

Curtis has good speed but doesn't make this list. He had a 75-yard TD against the Jets and a 68-yard score against the Lions. His long reception in 2006 was a non-scoring 42-yard play.
