Errata
A reader called to point out that there was an error -- we've fixed it -- in Michael Pittman's entry in the stat projection file posted Thursday. That file generates the custom rankings and custom auction values.
Pittman, who should be a ittle-used running back for the Broncos, was mistakenly projected to average 3 TD receptions per game. This caused Pittman (whom we project to start in only one game) to appear too high on our board -- 75th in standard leagues, 77th in PPR and 47ish in TD-only leagues. In reality, he should rank between 93rd and 98th in all three formats.
We apologize for the error. It was due to a missing period. Rather than ".02" in a computation cell, the period was omitted and I managed to instead key "02" -- or 2. So Pittman, instead of accounting for 2 percent of Denver's TD passes in his one projected start, instead was projected to scored 200 percent of Denver's TD passes for that game. We've got them at about 1.5 TD passes per game, so that's where his 3 TD receptions came from.
