AOL, Comcast, SBC blocking passwords requests and sales receipts

AOL, Comcast and SBC Global appear to be blocking our password e-mails (and purchase receipts), so if you've requested your password but haven't received it, then contact us by telephone at 206-527-4444 during business hours or send e-mail to us at this address: customerservice@fantasyindex.com and we will try to respond (our response may be blocked, too). We're open from noon-8 p.m. Eastern time (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time) Monday through Friday.
And if you've never defined a password with us, then try using your zip code as the password. (But if it works, be sure to change the password after you've logged in; it's easy for the competitors in your league to guess your zip code and steal your subscription.)
We are working with these providers to resolve the problem.
