Lawrence Tynes likely will be New York’s kicker this weekend, but it’s not lead-pipe certain.
Tynes said on Wednesday that he’s going to be the kicker. Carney has said he expects to be released after Sunday’s game.
But Tom Coughlin says the decision hasn’t been made yet.
"This week is like every other recent week," the coach said in an article appearing at Newsday.com. "I am going to let these guys kick all week and I will make a decision at the end of the week. I haven't decided yet who will kick this week."
Sounds like it will be Tynes. Check the inactive players list on Sunday to make sure.

Tynes will be a fantasy force the 2nd half or the season from a kicker stand point
