Larry Johnson will likely be hit with a league suspension soon, according to a report by Michael Smith of ESPN.com.
Already held out of today’s game for violating a team rule, Johnson was involved in a physical altercation at a nightclub during the team’s bye week, sources tell ESPN. This is separate from the incident in February that involved Johnson and a different nightclub.
And this latest incident should result in being suspended under the league’s policy governing off-field conduct.
"It's just a matter of for how long," the source tells Michael Smith.
