Fantasy Index Mail Delivery

Most Fantasy Index products are available for delivery by U.S. mail. In the past we've found the Postal Service does an excellent job. In the past, 98 percent of the updates postmarked on Monday have been delivered by Saturday (they've usually been delivered Thursday or Friday).

However, that was all before the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. We don't know whether to expect similar delivery speed in the future. We can only guarantee that we'll put your product into the mail on the date promised. After that, it's up to the post office.

Fantasy Football Index magazine is delivered by Priority Mail. If you order before our press date (usually around June 10), then your copy will be delivered directly from the printing plant. If you miss the cutoff for the printing plant, then your copy will be postmarked the day our office copies arrive in Seattle -- usually around July 10. If you order after our office copies arrive, then your issue will be sent via Priority Mail. We'll send on the same business day if you order before 6 p.m. Eastern time. Otherwise we'll send your order on the next business day.

Customers sometimes order the wrong issue on our website (e.g. you intended to order the August 15 update, but you accidentally selected the August 22 issue instead). Check your order receipt (note: receipts are e-mailed only to customers who place their orders through our online store), or review your order history online.

Perhaps your credit card was not approved. If your order was approved, then you'll be able to find it by checking your order history online. If your online order was refused because your credit card wasn't approved, then we'll send an e-mail to let you know. But we don't e-mail an error notification if you place your order by telephone or through the mail.

Failing these suggestions, you should probably call us at 206-527-4444 during business hours. Our automated fax robot occasionally locks up and you may notice the problem before we do (especially if the problem occurs overnight).
