Order History

Check your order history

We retain records of orders you've placed with Fantasy Index for several years. You can access these records online via our subscriber login. These records include orders you've placed by mail, by telephone, by fax, and via the Internet.

To review your order history:

1. Sign in, using our subscriber login.
2. click on the link that says "order history."
3. you'll see a record of invoices for "pay-for" products you've ordered from Fantasy Index in recent years. The orders are displayed from newest to oldest.

You may also send an e-mail message to our customer service department, customerservice@fantasyindex.com. We answer customer service e-mail during business hours, or you can contact us by telephone at 206-527-4444.
