Of the league’s top 50 all-time leading rushers, only three never caught a touchdown pass in their careers. All three spent their careers with two teams. One of these running backs played on the same franchises as the other two (but not at the same time). Name these three running backs.



A:

Earl Campbell, Gerald Riggs, George Rogers. Campbell (Houston, New Orleans), finished his career with 9,407 rushing yards and 74 TDs but caught only 121 passes in his career. Riggs (Atlanta, Washington) ran for 8,188 yards and 69 TDs; he caught 201 passes. Rogers (New Orleans, Washington) ran for 7,176 yards and 54 TDs but caught only 55 passes.
