Question:
In the last 30 years, two of the most potent fantasy seasons by wide receivers have come in strike-shortened seasons. Jerry Rice, of course, scored 23 TDs in 12 games in 1987. But what receiver, at least on a per-game basis, actually put up even better numbers than Rice in 1982. This player finished with 49 catches, 1,032 receiving yards and 9 TDs in the nine-game season of 1982.
