Jordan Cameron is Miami's new starting tight end, and that may not seem like a huge deal. Cameron, with a concussion history and having missed 6 games in 2014, caught only 24 passes last year. But while Cameron carries some injury risk, there's considerable upside with the tight end.

Cameron is an athletic guy with a lot of downfield receiving potential. Among tight ends who caught at least 20 passes a year ago, Cameron's 17.7 yards per reception was No. 1 in the league.

Note that in this regard Cameron is a lot better than Miami's previous tight end, Charles Clay. Clay last season was down at 10.4 yards per reception, worse than 28 other tight ends.
