The Jaguars lost to Denver on Sunday, dropping to 2-10 on the season. That’s ties the record for most consecutive seasons with double-digit losses. Only four other teams in league history have done this (and it became easier in 1978, when the league moved to a 16-game season).

Of those five teams – among the worst of the worst – the Jaguars have overall record during their six-year skid, with a just a 21-71 composite record. That’s slightly worse than the Bucs of the mid-‘80s and definitely worse than what we’ve seen earlier in this century from the Browns, Lions and Raiders.
