Question

Seattle plays at Chicago tonight. What player had seasons with 80-plus catches for both of these franchises?

Answer

Bobby Engram. In 2002, he caught 97 passes for the Bears – at the time, the 2nd-most in that franchise’s history. Since that time, Brandon Marshall (who returns to Soldier Field tonight) has had two 100-plus catch seasons for Chicago. In 2007, Engram finished with 94 catches for Seattle, which is still tied for the most in that franchise’s history (with Doug Baldwin, who will not play tonight).
