Raiders sign Glennon as backup QB

The Oakland Raiders signed unrestricted free-agent quarterback MIKE GLENNON as a backup to starter DEREK CARR. Glennon will be with his fourth team in as many seasons. The 29-year-old veteran is a former third-round draft pick of the Tampa Bay Bucs from way back in 2013.



Raiders continue to upgrade receiving corps

The Oakland Raiders are reportedly close to finalizing a deal to add free agent wide receiver TYRELL WILLIAMS to the team. Williams, 27, would join ANTONIO BROWN and JORDY NELSON to give quarterback DEREK CARR three experienced targets heading into the 2019 season.

Cooper played through foot injury in 2017
