Around the NFL: Miller time in New Orleans

Kendre Miller got my attention today. I don’t think Alvin Kamara will be back next year (given his age and contract) and Miller looks like he might be ready to be the team’s main back.   more »

Saints RB Miller dealing with bad hammy

New Orleans Saints running back KENDRE MILLER is reportedly managing a new hamstring injury after a knee issue slowed him down throughout the summer. Around the NFL: Saints running backs

Alvin Kamara's suspension for his involvement in a 2022 Las Vegas street fight/beating was handed down yesterday, and it was surprising. What was widely expected to be a six-game seat for the Saints starter was in fact only 3 -- yes, half what several players recently got for placing legal bets on other professional sports. Kamara met with Roger Goodell this week, and he must be a helluva salesman.   more »

Around the NFL: Jamaal Williams

Jamaal Williams was one of 2022's more surprising stars, scoring a league-high 17 rushing touchdowns for Detroit. It was nice timing, with Williams in a contract year. Detroit hopes to bring him back, but it will probably cost a little more than when they signed him two years ago. Unlikely he scores 17 touchdowns again.   more »
