Treading water in this Super League competition right now, fluctuating between 14th and 18th for the past month. I can't help but think of those poor souls in Open Water, just waiting for the sharks to drag them under. If I don't move up into the top 10 soon, it's probably not going to happen.

Details were laid out here , so if you missed that column, check it out, and then come on back here.

The contest is totally free, and it's simple. Each week you pick the best 2 QBs, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 2 TEs and 2 PKs (scoring system: 1 point for 10 run/rec or 20 passing yards, 6 points for run/rec TDs, 4 points for passing TDs, straight NFL points for kickers). You will be playing alongside Fantasy Index writers and subscribers, and there will be weekly prizes for the reader whose team posts the best score. Here's my Week 13 lineup.

Quarterbacks: Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger. Brady, as you no doubt are aware, has a lost a weapon or two in recent weeks. But he's home against the Eagles, who started mailing things in a few weeks back. Roethlisberger threw for 500 yards and 6 TDs at home against the Colts a year ago. He won't do that again (and he's currently in the concussion protocol, so I reserve the right to change this pick), but he should be pretty good.

Running Backs: Jonathan Stewart and LeGarrette Blount. I don't always pick the running back and quarterback from the same team, but when I do, they're facing the Eagles. Stewart against the Saints also looks good. I also kind of like C.J. Anderson against San Diego, but the committee is a little risky.

Wide Receivers: T.Y. Hilton, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown. Jones and Brown should light up the Bucs and Colts, respectively, as they did in the last meetings. If you saw the Steelers secondary trying to cover Seattle receivers last week, you know why Hilton is in the lineup.

Tight ends: Greg Olsen and Travis Kelce. Kelce faces Oakland, which can't cover tight ends. Olsen faces the Saints, who can't cover anyone.

Kickers: Graham Gano and Cairo Santos. Gano and Santos are both rolling up big points (as kickers go). Gano faces the Saints, Santos faces an Oakland defense that's allowed more kicking points than any other team.

If this game required defenses, I'd be looking at the Bengals against the Browns and the Panthers against the Saints.

Good luck to the rest of you.
