Every Saturday morning, I'll take a quick look at all the week's games, offering my own take on what I think will happen, as well as touching on significant injury news since our Weekly came out. I'll check in every so often over the course of the day to answer questions, too.

Just like in the actual NFL, parity has come to my fantasy leagues. There are a lot of 7-5 and 6-6 teams that need wins this week to get into the playoffs. So you start really looking at things like kickers and defenses that maybe you don't ordinarily pay as much attention to. I mean, not that I'm going to talk about them in this column or anything. But I am thinking about them and will answer questions. OK, on to the games.

Texans at Bills: Pretty sure I've benched Sammy Watkins for all of his big games and started him for all of his duds. I'm starting him here, so you've been warned. LeSean McCoy looks good with Karlos Williams out. Not as keen on Brian Hoyer after he put up modest numbers against the Saints. This feels like a lower-scoring game.

49ers at Bears: The Bears have more injury woes (Eddie Royal, does he still play for the Bears?, Marquess Wilson), but it seems like they'll have both running backs, both tight ends, and Alshon Jeffery and Jay Cutler. Niners defense terrible on the road so go ahead and use your Bears. For San Francisco, Vance McDonald, Shaun Draughn and Anquan Boldin seem viable. Martellus Bennett should be OK, especially if Zach Miller (questionable) can't play.

Bengals at Browns: The Bengals running back quandary persists. I think you use both Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard and just hope there's enough offense that whoever you use does well. No Tyler Eifert, which should benefit A.J. Green and Marvin Jones. For the Browns some marginal receivers are out, which helps the marginal receivers who are left. And Gary Barnidge and Travis Benjamin, though you can't get too high on the Browns. Because, Browns.

Ravens at Dolphins: Quite high on Javorius Allen, and will sign off on Jarvis Landry. Not as keen on gambling on DeVante Parker, but hey, somebody's got to play, and there's no Rishard Matthews and probably no Kenny Stills. Kamar Aiken looks fine, and with Matt Schaub out there, you have to at least think about the Dolphins defense taking an errant pass back for a touchdown.

Seahawks at Vikings: A game to avoid for fantasy purposes, with both teams having very good defenses. I know Seattle has been lit up in some games by opposing passers, but doubt Teddy Bridgewater will be the next one. But you're probably using Peterson and Rawls, and I think you can consider Kyle Rudolph. But that's about it for the passing game. I'm not interested in chasing what Doug Baldwin did last week.

Jets at Giants: With Darrelle Revis out, the Giants passing game looks much better. Doubt anyone was gonna bench Odell Beckham Jr. for somebody like Brian Hartline anyway, but now he gets a much tastier matchup. A big game for both teams and I'm thinking both passing games will be good. Guys like Marshall, Decker and maybe even Randle look good. And the quarterbacks. Not as fond of Chris Ivory, but some will have no other choice.

Cardinals at Rams: As discussed in the Weekly, Rams have been a little tougher on visiting quarterbacks, but running backs have had some success against them. I like David Johnson as the lead back here. You do need to worry a little that he'll lose some work to Stepfan Taylor and perhaps Kerwynn Williams, but I think if you picked him up, you roll the dice with him. Wary of Michael Floyd, who's not fully healthy. For the Rams, you're starting Todd Gurley even with the matchup less than ideal. I am, anyway.

Falcons at Buccaneers: Lot of games this week! First one with no byes and not three games on Thursday. I think the Falcons passing game will be solid here. Julio, Matt Ryan, Jacob Tamme with Hankerson out for the year. And Devonta Freeman, obviously. Bucs are home and Atlanta isn't great on defense, so Evans and VJax are fine. I really don't know if the Bucs will activate Austin Seferian-Jenkins or not. But if I had him I'd wait and use him next week if he plays this week. Doug Martin faces a solid run defense but they give up a lot of rushing scores, and Atlanta has kind of fallen apart everywhere else so the run defense won't hold up much longer.

Jaguars at Titans: As noted, these teams played a lower scoring game just two weeks ago, so don't get your hopes up too high. No Allen Hurns. Allen Robinson and Julius Thomas are the most appealing players, and Delanie Walker. Kendall Wright, I guess, but there's some risk of him being not 100 percent. There aren't always a ton of points in these games.

Kansas City at Raiders: Kansas City has a great defense, but key elements of Oakland's productive passing game are playing for me. I have West in one league and Ware in another and I'm using them just because I have little choice, but there's risk. I like West a little more just because I expect him to be involved as a receiver. Ware will need to make his impact more as a runner and around the goal line. Don't care for Latavius Murray against a good run defense. And avoiding the KC defense, with Derek Carr good at avoiding sacks/turnovers.

Broncos at Chargers: San Diego's defense has fallen apart, so thumbs up on the Broncos. Both running backs, both starting wideouts. Little iffy on the tight end duo. For San Diego, I like just Gates and Woodhead, because somebody's got to catch passes out there. Stevie Johnson, a little. Tough defense though.

Eagles at Patriots: Presumably you've seen the Eagles defense not play over the past couple of weeks, so all starting Patriots are viable choices here. For the Eagles, uh, I think Jordan Matthews might be about it. Moving on.

Panthers at Saints:Cam Newton, Greg Olsen and Jonathan Stewart are obvious choices, and I have some interest in Ted Ginn Jr. and Devin Funchess as desperation choices. For the Saints, I'm using Mark Ingram and would start Brandin Cooks, but avoiding anyone I can. No Willie Snead. Maybe the Saints surprise, but realistically they're going to lose this one badly.

Colts at Steelers: I can't get the 51-34 game these teams played a year ago out of my mind, so I'm using a lot of Pittsburgh players and the Colts passing game; Hilton, Moncrief, maybe even Fleener. Maybe. I think the Steelers score plenty and the Colts score some. No Heath Miller, but I'm not risking Jesse James.

Cowboys at Washington: With Matt Cassel in and the game being in Dallas, Cowboys players should be avoided. I like Darren McFadden as a starter who will be involved as a receiver, and I think I have to use Dez Bryant somewhere, but not happily. For Washington, the Cowboys defense has played pretty well this year, but with the season now down the tubes, we'll see if that keeps up. I think I have to start Alfred Morris, who at least benefits from being home, and Washington should win, and there's one less running back out there with Chris Thompson hurt. I like DeSean Jackson in primetime. Still think the Giants pull out the NFC East, but if the Jets win Sunday...

Enjoy the games.
