I think Jon Gruden said it best. “That’s just embarrassing,” he said as Tevin Coleman trotted into the end zone for an easy score. Looked like something along the lines of Nebraska playing against Jerkwater A&M.

The Saints are bad – historically bad. If you catch me this year suggesting any other defense “might be the worst in the league” call me on it. New Orleans is little more than a speedbump.

It has been skimming over their schedule.

The Bucs play New Orleans in Weeks 14 and 16. Gotta figure Jameis Winston, Mike Evans and Doug Martin will put up big numbers in those games.

The Cardinals host the Saints in Week 15, and they’ll probably go for 40-plus in that game.

The Panthers still have a pair against this defense.

The Falcons, unfortunately for fantasy purposes, don’t see them again until Week 17.

New Orleans allowed 57 touchdowns last year. That’s rushing and passing scores (not kick returns and takeaways). That was 12 more than any other team. Also the most of any defense in this century.

We should all be looking to exploit the Saints every chance we get.
