Question

Who’s the only player who’s been the leading rusher in two Super Bowls while playing for two different teams?

Answer

Wendell Tyler (who’s name came up in the space in the not-too-distant past). When the Rams and Steelers played in the Super Bowl in 1979, Tyler ran for 60 yards (14 more than Franco Harris). Five years later, Tyler ran for 65 yards for the 49ers in their Super Bowl win over the Dolphins – slightly more than Roger Craig and Joe Montana (and a lot more than anyone on Miami). Tyler's two teams -- Rams and 49ers -- play this week.
