We're introducing a new weekly newsletter this season. Index Bets is geared toward those who like to place the occasional bet, and also happen to be in states that allow it. That's not true of all of us, but fortunately enough, it is for some.

FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM and other sites of that nature allow people to take an interest not only in which teams will win (NFL fans), or which players will put up the best stats (fantasy fans), but also which players and teams will underperfom or exceed expectations. We talk about such things, but we don't formally discuss what numbers (yardage and touchdown projections, over/unders, etc.) on various betting sites look too high, too low, or just right.

In Index Bets, I'll be doing that: looking at some of the best (and worst) wagering options each week. If all goes well, we'll all be sitting on a beach somewhere next year. Of course, there are beaches here in the New York area. And even if we're all still working at our various jobs, we get the occasional day off. Anyway. The Index Bets Newsletter. Debut issue coming tomorrow.

This isn't for everyone, and it's not part of Fantasy Index Weekly, or our SuperFanatic newsletter package. It's a separate newsletter for the betting-inclined that will be distributed via email on Thursdays to those who subscribe to it.

You can purchase it by the month or for the season in the Fantasy Index Store at https://fantasyindex.com/store.

Check it out, and good luck this season. Whether betting on outcomes or not.
