Adrian Peterson leads Washington

Washington running back ADRIAN PETERSON caught a short touchdown pass early and had a long touchdown run late in the game to lead the offense past the New York Giants on Sunday. Peterson also ran for a season-high 149 yards against the Giants.

It’s been a good preseason for older running backs. Adrian Peterson looks like he’s going to lead Washington rushing. Alfred Morris looks like he’ll have a role in San Francisco.
