Around the NFL: Eric Ebron to Colts

Sometimes it's like these guys just don't care about fantasy teams at all. Eric Ebron was by far the most intriguing free agent tight end out there, a still-young pass catcher who could go somewhere and put up starting-caliber production. So naturally he signs on with a team that already has a quality starter, damaging the appeal of both players.   more »

Around the NFL: Ebron on the block

The Lions selected Eric Ebron with a top-1o pick not too long ago, but he hasn't lived up to that status. In four seasons as the team's main tight end, he's caught only 11 TDs (Matthew Stafford in that time has thrown 107). Detroit reportedly was shopping him at the combine.   more »

Andy Richardson: My Do Not Draft list

It's a big week for fantasy drafts, with the only remaining preseason games ones in which nearly every starter will be standing on the sidelines. Shouldn't have to worry much about losing the Ware, Edelman and Meredith types. I have a couple of drafts this week myself, and when my picks come up, I have a list of players at each position I will not be drafting.   more »

Lions TE Ebron to roar in 2017?

Detroit tight end ERIC EBRON has shown steady improvement in his first three NFL seasons, with a chance to make another jump heading into 2017. New TE’s to help Ebron

Factoid: Detroit Lions

Eric Ebron caught a bunch of balls last year, but precious few touchdowns. Specifically, 61 catches and only one score (though he did also run for a touchdown). That was weird, and it makes him harder to grade for 2017.  more »

Around the NFL: Eric Ebron
