Cowboys RB Elliott played through knee injury this season

Dallas Cowboys star running back EZEKIEL ELLIOTT said that he played through a partially torn posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee this season, including during Sunday’s playoff loss to theMore San Francisco 49ers. Elliott added that he would not need a procedure in the offseason but he would need time to heal. The injury apparently occurred in Week #4 against the Carolina Panthers, and Elliott appeared on the injury report the rest of the season. Less

Now that the season is over, Ezekiel Elliott wants everyone to know that the knee injury he suffered back in Week 3 involved a partially torn PCL – that he’s been playing hurt all year. But that seems kind of fishy at this point.   more »

Dallas Cowboys running back TONY POLLARD has a torn plantar fascia and will be a game-time decision for Sunday’s game against the Washington Football Team. Pollard reportedly suffered the injury duringMore a long touchdown run last weekend against the New Orleans Saints. Pollard missed his second straight practice on Thursday and said that he is a “game-time decision” for Sunday’s game. Team projections: Revised team projections

With the regular season now over a quarter complete, we all have a better idea of what offenses are about. (At least we think we do.) Every team has had a chance to play five games, giving people ample opportunity to set aside outlier games affected by playing against strong or weak opposition. Prescott, Elliott lead Cowboys on MNF

Dallas Cowboys quarterback DAK PRESCOTT threw 3 touchdowns in Monday night’s win over the Philadelphia Eagles in his first home game since his gruesome ankle injury from last season. Prescott looks good in full team drills
