Dolphins use franchise tag on WR Landry

The Miami Dolphins have placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on wide receiver JARVIS LANDRY. If the two sides do not agree on a long-term contract, Landry will make about $16 million for the 2018 season. If the sides are able to reach an agreement, the Dolphins could rescind the tag.

Landry won’t be charged with domestic violence

The Broward County State Attorney’s Office said on Tuesday that it will not file domestic violence charges against Miami Dolphins wide receiver JARVIS LANDRY. Landry has maintained that he was innocent and did not strike the mother of his child.

The police didn't press charges, but as we saw with Ezekiel Elliott, the NFL doesn't have to let that stop them.
