Burrow overcomes slow start, throws 4 touchdowns vs. Bucs

The Cincinnati Bengals trailed the Tampa Bay Bucs 17-3 at halftime of Sunday’s game, with quarterback JOE BURROW having done next to nothing to support his fantasy owners.
