We've been talking a lot about running backs lately; whether they're worth big money or not. A friend sent me a meme joking the argument against big contracts for running backs is LeVeon Bell, Todd Gurley and Ezekiel Elliott (who got paid, then struggled). Sky the limit for Bills WR Davis

Buffalo Bills star wide receiver STEFON DIGGS said last week that he would not put a ceiling on fellow wideout GABRIEL DAVIS, adding that his teammate can “flat out make playsMore at a high level”. Davis was on track for a third-year leap even before he exploded in the Bills playoff loss to Kansas City, where fantasy owners may recall he topped 200 receiving yards while scoring 4 touchdowns. Former Buffalo wide receiver EMMANUEL SANDERS, now a free agent, added that Davis is “a Pro Bowl-caliber player”. Take note, fantasy owners. Less

Around the NFL: Stefon Diggs

The Bills made Stefon Diggs the latest high-paid wideout yesterday; he joins Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill in getting a big-money contract, helping pave the way for other top wideouts coming up on new deals. It's interesting only in that Diggs' best year was 2020; last year wasn't quite as good.   more »

Bills cut veteran WR Beasley after failed trade attempt

The COLE BEASLEY era has come to an end in Buffalo. After failing to find a trade partner for the veteran wide receiver, the Bills released him on Thursday after threeMore seasons together. Factoid: Featured receivers

Wide receivers aren’t being featured as heavily as they have been in the past. Passing production continues to increase, but it’s not as usual to see teams tending to jam the ball into one player. Instead, they’re tending to spread the ball around more.   more »
