That combination of Drew Brees and Sean Payton, it’s pretty good. The Saints in the last three years have put up more passing yards and passing touchdowns than any team in NFL history.
Lots of great offenses over the years. Dan Fouts with the Chargers in the early ‘80s. Dan Marino and the Marks Brothers shortly after. The Greatest Show on Turf. Peyton Manning, Tom Brady.
But the Saints have put up a lot more passing production than any of those teams.
