Sammy Watkins is upset with his lack of targets in Buffalo's offense. "You're making me look bad, and you're making yourself look bad," he told the Buffalo News. "Why not make both of us look good?"

Watkins' lament is particularly curious since he's been sidelined with a calf injury since early in Week 3. You can't make the club from the tub and it's hard to get targets when you're not actually on the field. What the heck, Sammy?

Watkins says he plans to play in Week 6, which is good for those holding him on fantasy rosters. Thus far it hasn't been the Bills' play-calling that's keeping Watkins from having good numbers, but his absence from the active roster.

Buffalo probably won't have Tyrod Taylor on Sunday. The team isn't ruling him out, but they're also not denying he has an MCL injury, which would be difficult for him to just play through. EJ Manuel will likely start.

In Manuel's four starts last season, Watkins caught 2 TDs, and had one of the biggest games of his young career -- 8 catches for 117 yards and a touchdown.

He probably has a point that he's not going to put up big numbers unless he's heavily targeted. But he could have waited until he was definitely healthy, active and playing to complain about targets he won't get until he's in the lineup.
