Every Saturday morning, I'll take a quick look at all the week's games, offering my own take on what I think will happen, as well as touching on significant injury news since our Weekly came out. I'll check in every so often over the course of the day to answer questions, too.

It's Week 10, which seems incredible. Where did the season go. It's just one of many reminders that time and life move quickly, and you've got to stop every once in a while and take notice of it. Because you never know. So let's look at some NFL games.

Jaguars at Ravens: The Allen Hurns question is the big issue here. He says he's playing and was able to get in a limited practice on Friday. To me, wide receivers with foot injuries should generally be avoided. I'm benching him, and I think it hurts Bortles somewhat, although Bryan Walters has been pretty decent as a No. 3. Love Allen Robinson. Kamar Aiken should be busy. Neither running game looks great, though Justin Forsett a big part of the passing game.

Lions at Packers: Detroit's defense has been horrible, and after two road games against the Broncos and Panthers, the Lions should be a breath of fresh air to Aaron Rodgers and company. Bench Lacy, start Starks; that's what the Packers will likely do. Cobb, Adams and maybe Jones should be fine. If Green Bay doesn't score in the 30s here I will be surprised. Calvin Johnson has an ankle injury but I don't think you can realistically sit him down unless he's inactive.

Dolphins at Eagles: This almost looks a little too perfect for Philly's offense; they're running it great, Miami can't stop the run. I have Murray and Mathews in one league and am contemplating using both players in my lineup. So this will be the week when Sproles goes off. Passing games, Miami should be decent and Philly's, I'd use Matthews.

Browns at Steelers: Browns will start Johnny Manziel. I already benched the Bills defense the other night for Pittsburgh, so I hope they don't let me down. Pittsburgh's secondary is weak so I'd be thinking about Benjamin and Barnidge, but I'd like them more with Josh McCown in the lineup. Pittsburgh will start Landry Jones, so Martavis Bryant and Heath Miller aren't quite as appealing. Pretty sure no one is sitting down Antonio Brown no matter who's at quarterback.

Bears at Rams: I have a lot of respect for the Rams defense and am downgrading Bears accordingly. Jeffery and Bennett are fine, and Jeremy Langford should be decent once Matt Forte officially ruled out. For the Rams, Gurley rules and if you're going to use Tavon Austin, this is the week. I'm using him over John Brown for the first time all season.

Cowboys at Buccaneers: I didn't read much about the Dez Bryant locker room tirade. Once upon a time I interviewed NFL players in a locker room after a game, and they were a happy bunch with the team winning in a blowout. So I can imagine the mood in Dallas from competitive guys like Bryant is poor. Whatever. I'd start the usual Cowboys players and Mike Evans. I seem to get burned on Doug Martin whenever I feel good about him, but he's pretty high in the rankings and I'm not going to argue them. Doesn't sound like Austin Seferian-Jenkins will return from the world's longest lasting shoulder injury.

Panthers at Titans: I admit to some mild concern that the Panthers will look past the Titans and lose a low-scoring game. But I don't see how the Titans do anything on offense with what they can put on the field. I'll take no part of anyone but Delanie Walker. For Carolina, start the usual guys, which I realize is a pretty short list.

Saints at Washington: I really don't know how Rob Ryan is still employed. I know he probably doesn't have the players, but it's comical watching New Orleans try to play defense. Anyhoo, it's a game where I'm starting wideouts and quarterbacks and tight ends on both teams, and I love Mark Ingram. The fact that Alfred Morris is available on waivers in most of my leagues says something about Washington's running game, even in this matchup.

Vikings at Raiders: Saw it written somewhere that the Vikings Defense is a good fantasy option. Derek Carr has taken 8 sacks and thrown 4 interceptions all season. How good can they be? Tough matchup for Carr and company, but not a killer for Crabtree/Cooper. Latavius Murray (concussion) is supposed to play, but you've got to be sure he's active and have another 4 p.m. option just in case. Stefon Diggs and Kyle Rudolph are in my lineups.

Kansas City at Broncos: Emmanuel Sanders is very iffy for this game, but there's no clear No. 2. Bennie Fowler; that's your desperation fill-in. Sanders should be avoided, didn't practice all week. Tough defense but I'll sign off on West and Kelce and to a lesser extent Maclin. For the Broncos, best to avoid the committee backfield, but I'm using C.J. Anderson in a league where I have no choice.

Patriots at Giants: Eli Manning appears pretty low in the rankings, and I know some will work the angle of him putting up big numbers in a shootout. My recommendation with issue like these is to download the stat file, see what we've got Manning projected to put up (in this case he's like 241 yards and 1.5 TDs) and see how many points he's actually below the guys ranked ahead of him. If you believe Manning will throw 2 TDs, He gains some points and suddenly becomes a top-12 guy. Anyway, New England's defense is pretty good and the Giants are awful against the pass. This isn't the pass rush or secondary that was competitive in upsetting New England in those bygone years. In general, start your Patriots, be wary of Giants.

Cardinals at Seahawks: John Brown should be healthy enough to play, but the matchup is bad enough and there's enough uncertainty that he's best avoided if you can. Avoiding both passing games, really, is a good idea. In a league where I've got Palmer and Ryan I think I'm using either Stafford or Flacco. Maybe Palmer rises up and makes us look bad, but I'm comfortable betting on the Seattle Defense at home. Marshawn Lynch will probably be out there, but you might want to have another option on hand just in case. Not fully healthy and the matchup is poor.

Texans at Bengals: Bengals be high, Texans be low. I understand the lack of confidence with putting a Bengals running back into a lineup. Don't know what to say beyond, the ranking are what we think is reasonable, but if you're nervous about counting on Hill or Bernard -- and I don't blame you -- trust your gut and try someone else.

Good luck! And enjoy the games.
