Remember the talk in the preseason surrounding the Steelers, Packers and Saints and 2-point conversions? Mike McCarthy would have no problem going for 2 all the time, Ben Roethlisberger would attempt a bunch, so and so forth. Just talk.

Three weeks into the season, there have been 19 2-point conversion tries. The Saints have tried one, while the Steelers and Packers haven't attempted any. It's early, but there certainly hasn't been any philosophical shift of note involving those teams.

Thus far, NFL teams are completing just about 50 percent of their 2-point attempts (10 of 19). The Falcons are 2 for 2, and the Raiders are 2 for 3. At the other end of the spectrum are the Bucs and Titans, who are both 0 for 2.
