We're just three days away from the NFL Draft. A good time to offer up some predictions -- where some of the big-name skill players will go, whose fantasy value is about to take a major hit, which players will hug Roger Goodell. As always, the following should not be used as the basis for any actual wagers.

Kenny Pickett: A couple of weeks ago I thought Carolina was taking him at No. 6. I've changed my mind. A couple of people I respect and various scuttlebutt indicates that Carolina, with no 2nd or 3rd-round picks, is more likely to be trying to trade down for extra selections. This does not mean I believe for a second that Carolina will be starting Sam Darnold. I believe they will in fact ultimately trade for a veteran, probably Jimmy Garoppolo but potentially Baker Mayfield. Decision-makers here don't have time to develop a rookie. Pickett, I think, will slide to mid- or late first round -- one year of production, small hands -- and I am guessing it will be Pittsburgh that selects him, with New Orleans my dark horse.

Malik Willis: Some have probably seen the speculation that Willis is an option for the Lions at No. 2 overall. No freaking way. I don't know if anyone believes this, or if the Lions put it out there to encourage a trade down that won't happen, tough to say. Willis has loads of talent but he's a project, and those guys are more likely to go a little later in the first, ala Justin Fields, than at No. 2. So where is Willis going? I think Pittsburgh is a possibility; maybe they like him more than Pickett. But after careful consideration and analysis, I'm going to guess New Orleans. Maybe it's the other way (Pickett to Saints, Willis to Steelers), but these are my guesses for the quarterbacks. Dark horse for Willis would be Atlanta.

Breece Hall, Kenneth Walker: I like both of the perceived top running backs, Hall and Kenneth Walker. I think both will go either late first or early second. Early second maybe more likely, depending on who's available to the teams picking at the end of the first. People have probably seen Hall connected to Buffalo and Arizona. Honestly, a whole bunch of teams could consider a running back there, and even teams picking in the second could trade into the first to get one of them. A disturbing possibility is the Texans, not at 13 certainly, but they could certainly use a running back to build the offense around. They pick early in the second round. Isaiah Spiller from Texas A&M would be a possibility. But I'm going to go with the most popular belief, sending Hall to Buffalo. I'll send Walker to Arizona, though as with the quarterbacks I think they could flip-flop. And let's send Spiller to Houston.

Drake London: The wide receivers are where the real interest lies in this first round. Neither QB is a sure thing, running backs are whatever, won't necessarily be taken in the first round. There are a whole lot of No. 1 type wide receivers available, and people are extra excited by what we've seen from young wideouts the last couple of years. I've seen London to the Jets, who have two picks in the top 10, but there probably isn't enough speculation about him going to the Gians, who also have two picks in the top 10 and are arguably worse at the position than the Jets, given that they're shopping Kadarius Toney 11 months after he was drafted and can't have high expectations that Kenny Golladay is going to step up. London might certainly go to a New York team, but instead I'm going to send him to Atlanta, with the Falcons as comically thin at wide receiver as any team in recent memory. If they're comfortable with any one of three different wideouts, and they might be, a trade down is possible.

Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson: The Ohio State duo is pretty impressive...or does it give one pause that both put up great numbers the last couple of years -- and a year ago they were actually 2nd and 3rd behind sophomore Jaxon Smith Njigba? Either the college is really really good at uncovering wide receivers, or there's something about the offense that makes those guys all look better than they are. Don't get me wrong though, Alabama certainly proves a team can have multiple great wideouts. I'm just not sure which guy teams will like more. There are so many teams in need of a wide receiver it's impossible to say who will like which one more, and it's also possible both these guys will be gone before Kansas City and Green Bay, who traded away No. 1s, get to pick. I'm going to send Wilson to the Giants and Olave to Philadelphia, setting up some fun NFC East encounters for years to come.

Jameson Williams: Williams looks really good to me, and the ridiculous track record of Alabama wideouts lately makes him look even better. He tore his ACL in January and is likely to miss the entirety of training camp and preseason, but I still think he's going in the first round. What team needs a No. 1 wideout but also has the luxury, it seems, of being patient and letting Williams take a year to get healthy? For me it's Kansas City, and that's where I think he's going.

Treylon Burks: Burks looks like a man among boys out there, huge and faster than you'd expect. Some team late in the first round is going to run to the podium with the pick, and I guess by process of elimination it's Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers needs a big target to throw balls up to and my guess is it will be Burks. Needs some polish but his size and an elite quarterback should cover up a lot of growing pains.

George Pickens: I really like Pickens on film; kind of jumps out with his size, speed and ability to track the ball in the air. Tore his ACL last spring and barely played last year, and there are other injuries in his past. But I think some team will like him enough to select him in the first or early in the second. Perhaps one of the teams I've already connected to a different receiver, that's the problem with all these guys -- we don't know what they're getting out of their personal workouts and interviews. But Detroit has the last pick in the first round and nothing at the position aside from Amon-Ra St. Brown (even DJ Chark is on a one-year deal). Might be wrong to see Detroit as believing they can build around Jared Goff, but that's where I'm at these days.

So we'll see; I don't know if all these guys will go in the first round, but I do think they'll be gone in the top 40 picks or so. Feel free to make your own guesses below, and we'll all come back and laugh at each other Friday.
