The Philadelphia Eagles signed rookie kicker JAKE ELLIOTT off the Cincinnati Bengals’ practice squad after placing injured kicker CALEB STURGIS on injured reserve. Sturgis has a hip flexor injury and the Eagles will not be able to activate him for 8 weeks. Elliott was a fifth-round draft pick for Cincinnati.
