The Cleveland Browns cut quarterback BROCK OSWEILER on Friday. DESHONE KIZER won the starting assignment and the team is expected to keep both CODY KESSLER and KEVIN HOGAN as backups behind him. There is no need to use a roster spot on your fantasy team for any of these guys.
