Tannehill returns to practice, Moore remains starter

Miami quarterback RYAN TANNEHILL returned to practice on Friday but backup MATT MOORE remains the starter for Sunday’s playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tannehill will be inactive for Sunday’s game but should the Dolphins advance, it will be interesting to monitor his status for the following weekend.

Moore likely to start for Dolphins

Miami head coach Adam Gase said on Wednesday that veteran quarterback MATT MOORE will start against Pittsburgh in Sunday’s playoff game, “unless something changes drastically”. Gase has insisted that the injured RYAN TANNEHILL must be able to practice before being considered for Sunday’s game. Tannehill did not practice on Wednesday.
